1. Overview

This document describes changes in the 3Keys MDLP connector ABAP part.

2.    Description

Field “Document Date” has incorrect value (for example “20.4..05.0”) at Popup window for message 415 Move Order after status “05-Missing data” at transaction /K3T/RU_MONITOR.

Error occurs when event attribute RR_RU_DOC_DATE has value format DD.MM.YYYY.

Implementation error.

PopUp “Maintain missing data” for messages 341, 361, 362, 415, 416, 441, 461, 363, 335 adding <detail> section to the node <sscc_detail> in the XML for SSCC with GTIN/LOT details if the SSCC contains only one lot.

New parameter /K3T/SKIP_SINGLE_COST_DETAIL with value X shall be maintained in the transaction /K3T/RU_PARAM to avoid adding <detail> section in XML for message type 341, 361, 362, 415, 416, 441, 461.

New parameter /K3T/SKIP_SINGLE_REL_DETAIL with value X shall be maintained in the transaction /K3T/RU_PARAM to avoid adding <detail> section in XML for message type 363.

New parameter /K3T/SKIP_SINGLE_CUST_DETAIL with value X shall be maintained in the transaction /K3T/RU_PARAM to avoid adding <detail> section in XML for message type 335.

Implementation error.

4.    Recommendation

Test message field “Document Date” value for message 415 Move Order after status “05-Missing data” at transaction /K3T/RU_MONITOR. 

Test function “Maintain missing data” for messages 341, 361, 362, 415, 416, 441, 461, 363, 335 and check that the <detail> section was not added to the node <sscc_detail> in the XML if new parameters maintained in the transaction /K3T/RU_PARAM
