The CRPT Connector helps companies to fulfill the reporting requirements to the Russian Federal Databases for Medications, Tobacco, Footwear, Tires, Light industry products, and also for upcoming regulations, such as Water, Dairy, and other goods.

The Connector is the combination of an ABAP SAP ATT add-on and a Java-based middleware (SaaS) used to transfer digitally signed Russian reporting messages from SAP Advanced Track & Trace (SAP ATT) to the CRPT system using a secure connection. Moreover, it downloads incoming messages from CRPT and forwards them to SAP ATT for further processing, and provides the monitoring for outbound and inbound messages.

The CRPT Connector provides full automation to your Russian reporting processes. It avoids manual actions and saves your precious working time. It provides higher accuracy compared to manual reporting handling and minimizes the risk of being non-compliant and missing deadlines for reporting of logistics events. It complements the SAP standard solution with the following capabilities:

  • Full automation also for domestic Russian Operational Units (local Production and local Sales).

  • Provide GOST Digital signature functionality via CryptoPro library or another certified cryptographic provider.

  • Auto digital signature of crypto code orders to OMS (non-pharma industries)

  • Poll CRPT systems for processing status of sent outbound reports

  • Poll CRPT systems for new inbound messages (e.g. 6xx notifications in Pharma) and download them to ATT

  • ATT transaction to monitor inbound and outbound messages
